Freezing Moo

Freezing Moo Rolling Ice Cream is so good! The ice cream is super fresh and creamy, and it’s really cool watching them roll it right in front of you. They have a lot of toppings and flavors to choose from, so you can customize it exactly how you like. The staff was friendly and the place was clean. Definitely a fun spot to go with friends if you’re craving something sweet. I’ll for sure be coming back!

The Freezin Moo ice cream place is absolutely amazing. The people that work there are incredible, super friendly and kind and make the most delicious ice cream ever. If you get a chance to check it out, you should go tonight.😁

Went there this evening and the worker with the bow in her hair was completely rude. When we first walked in was not greeted whatsoever and were confused as to if they were open or not. My 1.5 year old was making a noise which made the worker literally put her finger in her ear which was ridiculously dramatic. She was not pleasant and had a rude face the entire time. Then when my husband was placing our order he asked if they still sold water or if they were kept in the back now (because they used to keep them in the front in a fridge so he was confused). She said “You still have to pay”. Well no duh. My husband responded back “Well we weren’t expecting any of this for free”. Just an unenjoyable experience overall. Zero customer service skills.

Absolutely loved this place. Very friendly staff and they were helpful when trying to decide a flavor. There were so many flavors and toppings to choose from making everything very customizable. I will be back!

This is probably the best tasting rolled ice cream in town. I have been to many creameries that offered rolled ice cream and they can’t possibly beat this one. An Asian girl helped us out and she was very sweet and made sure her customers were well taken care of. Love their flavors; specially the ‘Strawbella’ which comes with strawberries, graham crackers and Nutella.
