Freedom Icecream shop and Antojitos lores Mexican grill

At first glance- store was dirty and was shocked that the grade was a 98. Lady that took order was rude and huffed when order was placed. Was charged a higher amount than what was posted on the menu. When asked about the higher charge lady seemed offended. Prices are ridiculously high and food was not worth spending 30$ for 2 dessert items. Do not recommend. The outside is filthy do not eat here!!

Incredibly disappointing SCAM experience here! We came for ice cream and ordered a single scoop in a bowl, a single scoop in a cone, and a milkshake. There weren't prices posted anywhere and we didn't ask (our mistake, I guess), but my card was charged over $40! Ridiculous and obscene!

Freedom Ice Cream Shop in Asheboro is a total rip-off. Outrageously priced, a pathetic selection of flavors. The service? Slow and uninterested. The shop itself? zero charm. Save your cash and your time—this place is not worth a single scoop. A signal small cup of anything will cost you anywhere from $13 to $15 which is insane and all artificial sweeteners and flavorings.

Had a wonderful experience at this family-owned ice cream shop! My experience was 10/10 AND the ice cream was DELICIOUS!! The pricing makes sense since everything is homemade and inflation 🙄. Everyone was so nice and helpful. And cool part about this place is that if you don’t like how something is made you can nicely tell them what’s wrong. Will definitely come here again! Next time I will post photos because my phone never eats first 😬

I had no problem ordering in English. Quick service, yummy ice cream! The only thing I would say is the cones were slightly stale. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars. When I go back again, if the cones are fresh, I’ll change my review. I’ll definitely give them another try. The strawberry ice cream was really good! We also tried Gansito and Oreo, two more great flavors.
