Freebirds World Burrito

Phenomenal service and food! Andy was extremely personable and helpful. He complimented my Star Wars jacket and made engaging small talk while we ordered. He was also incredibly patient as I ordered food through the phone for another friend who was not there in person. As always, the food is stellar and the establishment is clean. This is one of my husband and mine favorite restaurants. 5 stars!

Great experience today at the Murphy location! Andy was super helpful and patient as I was placing a large order that required some guess work. I was stressed from a long day and a 40 min drive in traffic on a Friday night. Listening to Andy and Aaron playfully banter as they worked was a great experience. They were moving quickly but also both calm (not all wound up). I left feeling happy and chilled out!

I came In tonight for a to-go order and Kenzie and Andy were great to order from, very pleasant and knowledgeable about the menu when I needed recommendations on which protein to pick For my burrito. They were also super helpful with helping me pick out the best combo meal to order that would provide me the best value for my dollar, when i expressed interest in adding chips and queso to my order. Overall I had a very pleasant experience overall here tonight and I will definitely be back!

I’ve never been to this freebirds location before but know that I will definitely be back!! Especially as long as Miss Emma is working here because her energy was the best and she was the sweetest. Answered all of my questions and made ordering so fun! (I didn’t even know that was possible hahaha) But yes 1000/10 service. 1000/10 food! I will be back:) Thanks Emma! 🤪

I am a Dallas transplant for past 12 yrs from Austin, and I was overjoyed to see Freebirds land so close to my home in Murphy. However, today we visited for the first time and I was sadly disappointed. I first noticed the blandish baby blue walls and zero decor such as what they had in Austin locations. It has been 12 yrs but I recall a certain music ambiance, and decor that was strikingly different and ordinary that formerly set this place apart. I then saw the food and it was worse. I wanted to leave but we went ahead and tried it. It was very pricey and very bad, wont be back. Two bowls with no extras like guacamole or chips, and dip, and two drinks was $38!!!! I could have ordered fajitas at La Hacienda Ranch or other like priced sit down restaurants for this!! I was shocked. Quality w
