Just returned from a midwinter get away at the Sagamore, and chose to eat dinner both evenings at Frederick’s. The service was wonderful, the food was delicious, and the ambiance is warm & inviting. We loved the self serve popcorn. The French onion soup was delicious. The salmon was so delicious that I had it both nights for dinner. My husband enjoyed his burger. The dining experience was wonderful both evenings.

The quality of the food was very good What really stood out to us, though, was the impeccable service provided by the staff. From our friendly server who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed to the attentive management who checked in on us throughout our meal, everyone made us feel like VIPs. Food was good, I got a Frederick special and they were a little light on the sauce, so it tasted dry. But the meat was good. The buffalo mac n cheese was great and service was ok

I had a great Grilled Ruben Sandwich, my boys shared a pizza they said was “the best” and they made a gluten free grilled cheese for my other son. Great service and we had a table next to a warm fireplace.

Well known restaurant in lake George . Beautiful. Foods great. No view of lake but that’s ok. The decor inside will remind you of where you are… good service. Good vibes. Chairs were the only downfall on this visit where half of our 7 party group could agree
