Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Ordered online so can't really speak to service, but the double smash cheeseburger i ordered was mediocre at best. Part of the problem is the foil sleeve they put the burger in. It traps in moisture, by the time I got home 5 minutes away the bun was completely soggy. Burger had little taste. Look into putting your burgers into a cardboard box so the burgers don't get so soggy. Last time eating here , I tried once more after disappointment from previous burger years ago

The guy that took our order was nice and he actually made a little conversation which was nice, the food is pretty good, I’d say a little above average burger but they have really good fries and a pretty good milkshake. My mom said the chili cheese fries were a solid 9/10.

I have been coming to this location quite a bit and the food has been outstanding every single time. There have been a few times the order wasn’t correct, but when I brought it to their attention the manager didn’t hesitate to make it right and even throw in xtra stuff for the inconvenience. I’d recommend any steakburger lover to give this location a try!

Just ordered a peanut butter and bananas and after a 10 minute drive home, it was completely soup wasn’t frozen at all and the food was cold. We’ll never order from this place again called to complain and they said I’d have to come back in with the receipt which is you know a 10 minute drive back. they should really take care of their customers

The patty melt this round was a little dry and over cooked, lacked moisture. The fries were fabulous as usual. I had ordered a peanut butter shake and ended up with a peanut butter chocolate and banana shake which was pretty good actually I just wasn't expecting it. reat customer service. Food was as ordered. Friendly staff. And need I say more about the peanut butter shake? YUM!
