Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Everything was DELICIOUS!! There were 6 of us we all had combos and dessert. The buns and bread on my patty melt were so fresh! My wife said her burger was one of the best she's ever had. Cheese curds with marinara was awesome. Onion rings were great. Frozen custard was super smooth and creamy. Absolutely delicious! I've been to a Freddy's before but this location is top notch! Friendly staff made sure our big order was right, and helped my wife download the app to get a free dessert. The whole place was very clean. If you're in Pineville forget the standard fast food places go to this Freddy's location! We will definitely be back.

Service was good but the double cheeseburger on #1 meal was extremely salty. I was barely able to eat 1/2 of it. They were out of alot of shake options, no biggie. But the burger could've tasted good and fresh without all the salt. Probably wont go again.

Service was friendly, but the food was very average, nothing special. The burger was barely warm, the fries were cold as I ate some immediately after getting my order. At least have hot food if nothing else is my advice to the owner. The $5 shake was mini sized, lol.

We went to Freddy’s this evening and ordered a chocolate malt and a cookies and cream concrete. After waiting at the window for about five minutes, we finally paid for our food at 7:46pm. About 10 minutes later the same girl who took our payment asked if we had the chicken tenders and we said no.. we just had ice cream. She then closed the window, reached to the side and then handed us our ice cream that had been sitting on the counter for who knows how long. Waiting 15+ minutes for ice cream is outrageous and to be handed melted ice cream is a slap in the face. Hopefully the service here improves.

Great location! Very easy to get in and out and the service is fast! I ordered through the app and my order was ready within 5 minutes. A very juicy double burger with fries and a drink for less than $11. You can't beat that!
