Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Drove thru and ordered a root beer freeze malt-not on the menu. Order taker was kind and flexible. The product was sublime. They should have it on the menu for those who need the fix. Very customer oriented crew. Thumbs up. I finished it before I made it back to work.

Can't complain, they always treat you well here. Plus it's Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steak burgers, you should know by the name exactly what you're getting yourself into here. I really like the people staffing the place. 10/10 always dining in.

Loved it here, good food and the staff was very friendly and passionate, which can be hard in fast food. Jerry, the GM, was absolutely amazing with his customer service.

I ordered my food online, and my experience was quite disappointing. First, there were no napkins included with my order. I had ordered a zero sugar Pepsi, but instead, they gave me Dr Pepper. There was also no straw for my drink. The fries were cold—so cold that I swear you could barely eat them. My double cheeseburger was really bad; I ate some of it, but my stomach started to hurt, and I felt like I wanted to throw up 🤮. In the end, I decided to throw the rest of the food in the trash. I know that many people are struggling and looking for any food to eat, but this meal was simply not edible.

I have been to this Freddy’s before, but didn’t have any issues. If you are interested in the lettuce wrap option, be aware that they may be extremely confused. I got it to go and received mashed up patties in wet lettuce, wrapped up with the wrapping inside on the actual wrap. They were very confused on the option to have a lettuce wrap, so it’s clear training is inconsistent. I’ve had good ones here before as well! The wrap lettuce, and the wrapper were soaked and soggy, and it was thrown in a hotdog container, dripping with wet and watered down mustard. I had to put it into a bowl to manage to actually try to eat it.
