Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

We had a gift card so we went to Freddys for lunch. It was clean and accommodating. Food was reasonably priced and warm. Restroom was clean. Service? Hubby asked for no salt on his burger. And got it anyway. The girl on the front did not acknowledge us and I had to wait about five minutes repeatedly mentioning that we were there. She turned around looked at me and continued working! She should have acknowledged me and said she would be with me shortly. Maybe it was the burqa? Anyway, with only two customers in the place .. I’m not coming back.

Had the brisket steak burger with onion rings and h2o, decent taste though find it over priced and as expected the picture that is enlarged to show details had more brisket and onions compared to the one made for me. Onion rings were soggy so that was disappointing. I was greeted when I walked in and asked the staff member how her day was going. I could only answer sorry to hear that as you could tell she was over stressed and etc. For the cost (16.00+, including tax) I will start finding more locally owned restaurants and reserve this place for tight schedules or traveling. The place could also be cleaned better in areas

Went there on a Sunday around lunchtime. Had never been there before. Freddy’s is basically a cross between Culver’s and Steak n Shake, but without the atmosphere or cleanliness of either. If you’re going to eat at this location, I recommend the drive thru as the overworked staff were giving it 90% of their attention. Only when there were about five separate parties in line did a worker finally acknowledge we were there and came over to take orders. The tables weren’t wiped down and the wait was about 20 minutes. Once the food was ready, one of our orders was wrong, but fortunately it was easily correctable. My double burger was hot and very tasty as were the fries. I just got home 30 minutes ago with a double cheeseburger and a chili dog. I was blown away by the staggering amount of mustard that was dripping from my cheeseburger I had to wipe it off after a few bites,and it took out my lettuce to do that it ruined my experience who would ever do that? Does the guy know what a ample amount is evidently not because. MY wife had the chili cheese dog and it too was saturated in mustard 😩 Im so mad about this I paid $18 and change for mustard sandwiches not even funny. I sat in the parking lot knowing I should just go to five guys because its always perfect but thought Im here Ill just get it and go home and relax. Nope not relaxing now I feel jilted and ripped off!!! Thats not bad quality at Freddy's but its significantly less bang for the buck speaking

Grabbed a couple burgers and onion rings. Was going to get some custard but machine was down at the time of order. A little loud and salt covered tables. So kind of food court atmosphere in my opinion. Great tasting food! Guys in the back were working hard at fixing the custard machine and did set it fixed before we were done with our meal. I was so full I will have to wait till the next time I come back to try a frozen custard Concrete!
