Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

This use to be our go to place on Sundays after church. But, the last 3 times over the last 1.5months has been horrible. Its impossible to enjoy your meals when your constantly fighting gnats in your face and even IN your food! This evening was the final time we will be back for a while. They were literally flying into my food and walking around on my food, didnt finish it, just went to the trash cause im not eating food where bugs constantly get in it, just disgusting. And the last 2 times we've been they have one of the doors propped open with a chair, don't understand considering it was chilly this evening. The staff seems annoyed when asked about the gnat issue.

Burgers are delicious! I have never came to this location ,and I will say that we enjoyed our meal . Burgers are delicious , they have a great taste to them and also you have several options as far as sides, like onion rings, french fries, cheese, fries, tater tots. Also their milkshakes and ice cream are pretty good from what I’ve heard, but I have never had any myself and we did love their jalapeño ranch. They’re sweet tea was just right. Our food came out pretty fast and there was plenty of seating in the lobby area it was not busy at all. They do have a drive-through going, but we came around lunchtime and it was just right. It was a bit pricey I will say as far as coming to get a burger and a combo but overall, if you want a good tasty burger nowadays you’re coming out of pocket for a

food was fine, just a little overpriced if you ask me, we got a kids meal medium cheese curds, and medium drink and it was $15.. but that’s not the problem, the problem is the amount of fruit flies in the restaurant. it’s actually disgusting, they were landing on my food, flying around my drink and landing on my face while i was trying to eat. i could only eat a few bites because i was quite frankly disgusted..

This was our first time dining at Freddy's. My wife and I had lunch there and we dined inside. The staff were friendly, comfortable, clean dining area. The burgers we ordered were great, my wife loved the tots and I loved the fries, I had just never seen fries cut that small. They were a little bigger than potato sticks, but you don't realize how many you have until you start eating them ..lol. They were actually good.

Well I come to Freddy's tonight so I can try your chocolate custard when I get up to the drive-thru window to order it No doubt they are out of chocolate custard 🙄 so I did not want anything so my wife said I want a small turtle sundae so I order that and pull around to the window and pay for it this was at 7:42 p.m. and there's one vehicle in front of me so I pull up behind them and lo and behold at 7:52 p.m. after 10 minutes sitting there I have to backed up to the first window where I paid to ask what is wrong they said oh let me go see within 5 seconds then the vehicle pulls off so I can pull up to the window and I still have to wait another 3 minutes for one small turtle sundae you people really need to get it together because you lost two customers for sure we will never return not t
