Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Went and ordered a concrete, milkshake, and lg fries. 4 minutes later we got the milkshake and fries. 12 minutes after that my husband had to ask about the rest of out order. The lady looked like she didn't know what he was talking about. They need to get a better system because I wanted to eat the fries with the milkshake and not by itself and not with a melted milkshake either.

Freddys has some decent burgers for a fast food restaurant. The fries 🍟 are delicious. Service was good and restaurant was clean.

Excellent smash or 'steakburgers.' Not as greasy as expected. Excellent toppings. Shoestring fries, onion rings, hot dogs and chili. Oh, and custard, too. Fast, efficient service. A burger establishment done right. Recommend.

This is my first Freddie's visit outside of Colorado. It was worth the moto ride from Wilmington. I was reminded how good their burgers are (classic double) here. I couldn't decide which custard to get so had a cold brew shake instead. I'll be back when it's a little warmer out. ☀️

I really appricate the customer service from the following employees, Jalen Jayleen Tae They were amazing, respectful and truly made me as the customer seem like I mattered especially in a time of need. I feel like they deserve a raise, a special award or just something to show how appreciated I am of their services. I would also like to point out their mannerism, we’re also amazing. My experience I truly had to use the restroom, while passing through on a road trip it was 10pm closing but they all let me Inside and were nothing but respectful and helping!! Great service highly reccomend!!!
