Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Food is good, service is another story and not a good one at that. No customers in the restaurant whatsoever when I arrived. At least 4-5 employees, one or two running the drive through and grill. I waited 7 minutes to be acknowledged, food order given,and waited on at front counter. Could hear a lot of laughing and carrying on in the back employee area behind counter. Floors, all tables, and soda fountain staging area were all uncleaned. Employees had plenty of time to look at and clean their cell phones though and laugh and sing and joke. Time to crack the employee whip and square away the help, management!!Get them to working and not acting like they are on the local street corner hanging out with their buddies. This is not a good look for your restaurant.

-5 , so bad food was horrible. That wasn’t even a burger . Didn’t taste, look or even come close to taste or looks. 1/6” “patty” that looks like a science experiment. $35 for two kids meals and 2 “sandwiches”? Do not go to this place !

Don't care for smashed burgers... milkshake was good.. workers were very nice

The restaurant was clean and staff was great. I ordered the California style double with fries and my wife had the original double with onion rings. All of our food was fresh and tasted great. The burgers were cooked right and juicy, not dried out. Service was quick too. We'll return.

12.03 cents for a burger drink and toothpick size fries. Could have had a great meal for 4 dollars less just down the road at culvers. I clearly interupted the conversation of my server and though i ask 3 times do you have coke products i get to the window for her to say we have pepsi ok?! No it is not ok why i asked before hanf and they need not expect me back.
