Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Great food and great pricing! I hear alot of people say it's expensive, but you spend the same amount at McDonald's as you do here, and Freddys food is much better! The staff were super sweet, had great attitudes, and we're extremely helpful in making decisions on what to get! Their menu really has something for everyone! Their fries are my favorite! The entire place was very clean!

Decided to try for the first time since the line was finally not wrapped around all of Dothan... The food wasn't bad, the burgers were actually pretty good and the buns were very nice and soft... but for $31 I feel that the portion size of the burgers was very lack luster... the large sides were large enough, very satisfied with the side size. The fries were and the cheese curds were both good. Don't understand the hype or why the line is always ridiculously long. Maybe the custard is wel worth it, might try it next time!

This location opened a few months ago, so my family waited until the newness wore off before we visited. The dining area is nice. Simple, a nod back to yesteryear when people would visit malt shops. We came at around 3pm. The employees really weren't all that engaging at first. Took a while before one came to the register to take our order. We both ordered combos. I ordered a double with bacon and no onion. The burgers were made as ordered. They were good. Nothing special, although the full dill pickle on the burger was a nice surprise. The fries are thin and well seasoned. My wife liked the special sauce. The biggest problem we saw was plenty of employees but no one was bussing the tables or taking out the trash. Bacon double cheeseburger was good ,prime rib steakburger was good but little salty neither one was any better than another burger in town.cheese curds good but extremely salty . Didn't care much for fries were good but prefer bigger fries these were like potato sticks. 30 bucks for 2 burgers, fries, cheese curds and water these days you decide on value

Employees are not friendly at all service 1 star! Truly disappointed my first time coming here. They also don't explain what the "three levels" of shakes are. What is "concrete?" Teach your employees to explain to customers what the item is. Also sundaes are bigger than the shake... Burgers were good, a bit disappointed no lettuce or tomato comes on the double cheese! The brownie sundae was really good 2nd try service was a little better Fries aren't good whatsoever Burgers are great cali style
