Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

I can't say enough this is hands down the best burger spot around!!! The seasoning is always on point! The staff here is phenomenally polite, they are so well mannered to customers!!! I wish my wide would let me have this place 3 times a day! REMEMBER ITS BETTER TO ORDER 2 INSTEAD OF 1 ITS THAT GOOD!!!

Horrible Horrible HORRIBLE customer service. The young girl “Mari” who took our order was rude from the moment of taking our order. She gave me a price that was different than the price calculated online and when I asked her what the difference was she said and I quote- “Man what? What is you talking about? Is you serious right now? It’s a .10 difference. You mad about .10?!” And then proceeds to laugh in my face. I wish I was making this up. To add insult to injury- I see her close the window and begin talking about me to her coworkers and what appeared to be her manager. Very unprofessional establishment. The young lady who took my order got it wrong, but the young man who brought it to my table apologetically offered to make it right. I was in a hurry, so I told him I would accept the incorrect order, which was also delicious. The shoestring fries are always perfect and the burgers are made to order, so everything is fresh! This restaurant was clean and well-staffed with very polite workers. I'll be coming back!

Service is usually slow anyway. But today I had the amazing experience of waiting over 15 minutes for the drive thru attendant to even offer to take my order- which he only did after I asked if I should go somewhere else. "I can take your order, I guess... unless you do want to go somewhere else." We chose to somewhere else. If you're that short staffed, close.

Kobe was my drive thru assistant and I gotta say it’s surprising and refreshing when someone cares about their job and giving good service. I had questions and he answered them with good energy and a great attitude, not acting like he was too bothered by them. Thanks Kobe and I hope your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed.
