My #1 for Puerto Rican food in Philly. Staff are kind and hardworking. Take out and small dine area if you would like to eat in at the restaurant. I have been eating here for a long time. It has to be more than 15 years. All the fried snacks takes me back to the kiosks in PR. Pina colado 👌 Fried chicken pieces. You can’t go wrong coming here. it’s still affordable and made with love.

Service was great and fast. Empanadas are everything, rotisserie chicken falls off the bone and flavorful! Rice and beans are good but heavy on the cilantro flavor which i dont mind. Fried pork was full of flavor. Sweet plantain were delish!! I will absolutely be back.

I order one dozens pasteles. Very disappointed. It tasted like it was mixed with with something else to stretched it, not made of plantain alone. U could see the white grain mixed with the plantain. Reminded me of dog food. Anothet thing. I had no choice of meat, only pork.

i’ve been coming here for years literally my go-to spot for the best relleno de papas. everything was hot and ready and the waitresses were super nice.

I have tried their food before (never breakfast though) and my family enjoyed it so we were expecting the same when we came looking for Puerto Rican breakfast. We had only been able to take out before (during COVID) but this time we saw a dine-in area which we were happy about. The area is a decent size, very clean and was comfortable (we were the only ones there) The lady serving us was very nice, food came out fairly quickly. Note that this establishment is cash only (I don’t remember if this was the case before it is now) but there is an ATM on site. We were lucky this time parking but I know from before this can be an issue. The breakfast was okay but I think their lunch/dinner menu items are better. The bacon was so good though (crispy, not salty) for both our dishes (bacon, egg, and
