Freakin' Unbelievable Burgers

Hey all, vegetarian burger lover here. (Save the shade). This spot was unbelievable. Atmosphere is not a topic at any burger joint but the nailed it. Food prepared well, imposable Burger cheese, topping, fries (very good), fried mushroom strips (these also great). Food was on point. Read other carnivores reviews for how they like beef. My wife wants to come back and try the salmon. I mean this from the bottom of my tummy (heart) the staff made the experience. Breanna was at the counter. Friendly, kind, and very patient with the newbies. All I can really say is yep. Freakin' unbelievable! Thank you everyone for a nice dinner for 2, with dessert for under $40. Let me start out by saying, I’m not a burger fan!!! I will order a chicken sandwich before I eat a burger from anywhere. But, my sun decided to treat me to dinner and he decided to go to Freakin Unbelievable Burger on Holly Rd. In Grand Blanc. I’m a greatful (I know how I spelled it!!) being so I didn’t resist. I took the chance! Ordered a drunken mushroom burger with loaded fries (Notice i didn’t say I don’t like calories). It did take a little longer than I expected. But my humble opinion is, because they were back there putting their heart and soul in it for me. 100/10 for me truly!! Freakin' Unbelievable is right, Unbelievable how disappointing the burgers are. I'll start this off by saying the atmosphere and service were really good, It's clean, looks pretty and the workers were a bit unprofessional but super nice, which is refreshing to see in a good environment, but I wish the food was as enjoyable as the location itself. I wouldn't be so taken back by a bad burger if it wasn't the namesake of a restaurant and a pricy treat at that, for around $10 I expect my burger to taste good, not remind me of school cafeteria food. Besides burgers I tried cheese sticks, equally awful, and fries, which were actually alright. The Fire Burger was fantastic! It has spicy Sriracha Mayo (not overly spicy) and jalapeños. The deep fried Green Beans are out of this world good! The chicken fingers are hand dipped and the best I've ever had in my life. So fresh, moist and...well, tender!

Ordered delivery via Uber Eats. Chicken finger sauces were missing, including the ones we paid extra for. Buffalo smothered fries were sparse and soggy. First experience here, and I hate to judge on one interaction. However, missing items, a side-dish that is soggy and has stingy toppings along with a $6 price tag suggests to me that's three strikes.
