West to get fresh donuts as is usually expected at Fraziers on a Saturday however, we were sold day old donuts at full price. This is not the same place since it was sold and its apparent the care for quality fresh pastries is no longer a thing. The menu food looks great just bummed about the horrible donuts I paid full price for and believe you can get the same quality donuts at safeway in a box for half price.

First off whole building is freezing cold. Second we sat down no service for first 5 minutes till a young man gets up from the tablet he was playing on we ordered coffee and a hot coco. Coffee arrives in a dirty cup can clearly see where someone else lips have drank from this cup. The young man has to ask for help making the coco. At this point we leave our table and proceed to cancel the order $3.25 for a dirty cup of coffee.

3 times now my husband and I have purchased from them - come home and found mold on the items. I purchased a tres leches cake from them just today (12/24) and thought it tasted moldy after one bite - took a closer look all of the whipped cream on top was COVERED in fuzzy white mold. They are NOT paying attention to molded items and will just sell them. I don't know how they are still in business - how can they continuously sell things covered in mold? Please please begging the staff to look closely at items :( I used to love this place, but there is almost no inspection on these items that they are selling. I am assuming items are not being properly stored in the fridge. PLEASE THREE TIMES WITH MOLD THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!! Do NOT recommend buying from them until they have improved storage

Amazing new ownership, their bakery display looked so scrumptious we wanted everything! Brought home several very reasonable options, and had some donuts while we were there. Everything was fresh, delicious and exactly what we needed! Absolutely will return!

I would not recommend this establishment. The lady behind the counter was anything but pleasant. She never once smiled. She just threw the donuts in the bag and they all fell all over each other messing up the ones with frosting. We bought lots of donuts and the ones I tried were not good. I asked for a blueberry fritter and she gave me an apple fritter. I usually get apple fritters from other places and this one was not good. My wife and I also tried an old fashion donuts and could not finish it. We had an horrible after taste for several hours afterwards. We will not be returning.
