Franks Pizza And Restaurant On 15

Came here for a quick slice. It looked super good but to me there wasn’t alot of flavor. They were super nice! But not my type of slice.

They have delicious pizza. Nice crust, generous toppings, good sauce, but… They use this online ordering service called Slice. We used it to place an order for delivery. We got the notification that the food was out for delivery and we were waiting and waiting. I got up to look outside after 45 min of waiting and lo and behold, the food was outside on the steps. It was almost frozen. The delivery guy didn’t knock. He didn’t send a delivery message. Nothing. And they added an obligatory tip!! We got half frozen pizza and salad and made us tip them for it! The reason for the two stars is because when I called the restaurant to tell them what happened, he didn’t want to have anything to do with it. Or me. Zero accountability. Zero customer service. Just pass the buck to the delivery service

Absolutely amazing pizza! The flavors were incredible, the dough was perfectly baked, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. One of the best pizza places I’ve tried! Highly recommended!!!

Good food. Good service. Kind staff. They always have a large selection of ready-made slices to choose on a quick lunch break.

Service and atmosphere very good. The pizza is terrible though. I had 2 plain slices and a chicken Marsala slice. The Marsala was too tangy with no flavor and the plain was way below average. I frequent the Franks in oak ridge where the pizza is alot better- not sure if the same owner. Would not go back here.
