I ordered the Italian beef with cheese, no peppers. It was very good. Meat was tender, juicy, and flavorful. The cheese was melted. The bread was soft and maintained its integrity even with all of the juices. Easy parking and cute little space with a few indoor seats. The cashier was kind and helpful. The older woman helping prepare the orders was very grumpy and seemed quite annoyed even though it was only myself and one other man present.

First time here and I’m in love. Hot dogs are incredible, go with that for sure. The Italian beef is good, a bit different than some I’ve had, but the dogs are where it’s at. The staff here is super personable. They also sell dog and beef kits you can make at home, which a lot of folks were getting as I sat and ate.

Previous reviewer: Why did you add barbecue sauce to an Italian Beef? I got the Italian Beef and a Chicago Dog. Both were great. I’ll go back again.

The beef is decent but mine I make at home is equally as good it’s nothing extraordinary. We ordered and paid for cheese no cheese luckily I had some provolone at home. It’s overpriced in my opinion. Glad we just got one. That’s a one and done for me. 👍🏽

I’m from the Chicagoland area, moved here 9 yrs ago. Let me tell you, the food down here in the Peoria area is absolutely horrible. And I miss all Chicago food. I’m about tired of it. But, Franks Italian beef….yes! It’s where it’s at should you crave an Italian beef. It’s a huge YES for me!! 100% better than Portillo’s!! Thank you! Finally, THANK YOU!
