Tom is the best. We have needed parts for older equipment on a few occasions; Tom was able to cross reference older part numbers to upgraded part numbers and included wiring diagrams since installing would be different. This man is an invaluable asset to your company and is the reason we drive over one hour to shop with your business. Thank you for your assistance, knowledge and support.

It is a real shame. They closed the walking parts counter October 14,2022. That really throws a wrench in being able to get parts needed on a job quickly. Will also miss Tom the parts guy. He was a true wealth of information.

I am very dissatisfied with this company’s business capabilities. Currently I am being billed for nearly $20,000 for products valued at under $2,000 that were not ordered or received by me or my business. I have reached out to the company’s accounting department probably 20 times and they are unable to provide any sort of substantiation of the invoices but will not stop badgering and harassing me to pay the bill that i cannot tie out to the invoices they’ve provided. In the short time i did business with them, I did not have any issues with their products but the price I am paying now in the frustration and aggravation (not to mention concerns of negative credit reporting) is just NOT WORTH IT!

Sadly to say the original FMP has been sold . The new ownership will gaurantee the loss of many jobs in the way they now operate. My advise listen to that sqeak and oil it. .
