Great selection of books for all ages and from all different genres. CD m,DVDs, audio books available. The second floor is the children's and young adult section. Handicapaccessible, the second floor cam be reached by elevator .public restrooms and free wifi. Private rooms and computers can be used. There is a fee for printing out papers. Credit or debit cards can be used. Old books and magazines up for buying .

If I could give a zero today, I would. They not only ruined my experience but the experience for my children. The kids zone lady and manager has awful customer service. I asked to speak to the manager over this location and she was very smart towards me and rude. They were accusing me of lying about turning the books in at the drop off location and said I did not turn them in, that they would be there.. I felt attacked and accused of lying. My kids and I dropped the books off on a weekend when they were closed. Awful customer service. Update: Just got off the phone with Rebecca and she was so amazing. She made me feel heard and was just so amazing.

Be nice if it was open when working people could go there o and let's not even mention Saturdays, the day we off and could really utilize it.

I love this library, and I am so grateful to have this library in my community. There are quite a few tables for meetings or solitary work. Computers are available for use as needed. The various departments are colorful and welcoming. The book, CD, and DVD selections are the best in the area. And, the employees are very helpful!

When just moved here and we found Franklin county Park and love it!! The baby had a blast!
