Frankie's Pizza

This place is amazing!! Workers there were so friendly, from order to delivery was only 20 minute wait. Me and my husband did half-and-half, boss special supreme, and steak burger pizza. It gets your mouth watering! Crust is perfectly crispy.

Given the remote location, I was pleasantly surprised. The flavors were pretty good! The crust is a medium thickness, the sauce and cheese were good. The only *big* problem is the tiny amount of toppings. I ordered a M pizza with mushrooms and double pepperoni. There were few mushrooms and an average of 1.5 pieces of pepperoni per slice. Pretty slim. A worker said she’s directed to use 7 pieces on a medium (8-slice) pizza, which would be fewer than a pepperoni per slice. I should have ordered triple or quadruple pepperoni!

Frankie’s is Definitly worth a try. I found the crust a little on the thick side but that is purely my opinion. I had the Boss Supreme which tasted fantastic. It was a Sunday afternoon so no line. The soft serve ice cream was a fantastic treat.

Freakin' Life Savers Pizza! Mahalo. ! We appreciate you folks so much! The gem of Mountainview Hawaii. Frankie's saves the day at least 3 times a month for us. Location-based patron stoked you're not a corporate competitor to remain unnamed. I would gladly wreck my suspension trying to get a Supreme pizza and I don't even have kids. The food is almost always ready, and always hot by the time we get on the paved road. My ol lady's gonna need treatment for the chicken wings I think she has a mild addiction to them.

Called and asked for a medium three cheese, and asked what cheeses were available. I picked out the ones I wanted from what I was told. When I picked up the pizza the girl charged me extra for cheese twice- $5. I asked why and she made some excuse, don’t know if they intelligently trying to squeeze more money out of local folk, or just don’t know customer service basics. I expressed that was very surprised and disappointed, didn’t seem to matter to her at all, she wished me a good day cheerfully as her standard protocol. Felt cheated, dismissed, and had to restrain from getting upset. Shame on Frankie’s management for whatever policy this worker was following, I’ll never go back and probably better because Frankly Frankie’s pizza sucks.
