I would come here all the time when I was younger, but today the staff who was working there was very rude and went out of his way to make me and my nephew uncomfortable and we left. I believe his name was Harold. My nephew apologized to me for even asking to go the library. I’ve never had an encounter like that inside of any library before.
Love the Frankfort library. The staff is welcoming and helpful (especially Missy) and they truly care. Fun programs for the whole family. My kids enjoy seeing what kinds of crafts they can do there or take home.
Super friendly and helpful librarians staffing of a small, but responsive, library.
I used to rollerblade down the ramp in front of this library when I was 12 years old in the spring of 1995.
Very friendly staff & very helpful. I like all the renovations.
