Ordered 2 meatball "panini"s (which are meatball subs) , 1 fry and 2 sodas...$53.00. Subs were cool to the touch. We had waited nearly 20 minutes for them. The line was huge. We only come to the casino once or twice a year...we won't eat here again.

Love Frank and Nicks! Everything I’ve had there has been delicious. One of the best steak and cheese subs I’ve ever had. Pizza is yummy too!! Service is fast even when there is a line and everything is always fresh.

We ordered BBQ chicken wings with ranch but they gave us buffalo wings with blue cheese instead. When we went back to the counter to explain, staff insisted that the spicy buffalo wings were BBQ. It was clearly not what we ordered. To make things worse, they charged for tap water and the tables were dirty. The whole experience felt careless and unpleasant. Definitely not worth the price or the hassle, especially inside a casino where you expect better service and cleanliness.

The buffalo wings are phenomenal, but both times I went I ordered no bleu cheese and extra ranch, and I received a single bleu cheese while being charged for extra sauce. Double check your orders because they won’t!

yes, staying at Encore. My wife went down. Ordered a sandwich for her. Ordered me a steak and cheese wanted mushrooms. They didn’t have Mushrooms so she said just cheese and steak brings it back to the room. It’s smothered and onions and peppers. I am allergic to onions. Bring it back down. The girl asked for the receipt, went up to room to get the receipt. Wife told me she threw it away. downstairs so I told the lady I do not have a receipt. Can I get some type of credit with my wife paid cash for she told me no she could only make me a new sandwich. I told her I didn’t have time. She said there was nothing they could do. I thought this was a respectful establishment plus the sandwich wait about 1000 pounds the bread was soggy with grease will never eat there again it will never even look
