Franco's Italian Caffe

Derrick and his team were amazing and very attentive this evening. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and his small gestures went a long way for it being our first time. Food was great- pricier than avg however quality makes up for it. (Stay over at Olive Garden if you're one of those) We will definitely be back- thank you once again for the great experience.

You may have parked in Scottsdale, but once you are inside the front door of Franco's, you are in Italy! The atmosphere is genuine Italian. The smell coming from the kitchen smells like an Italian grandma is cooking, and in fact many of the recipes are from the owner's Italian grandmother. We enjoyed a variety of pasta and seafood, along with a bottle of Italian wine. The staff were so pleasant and helpful. This is a neighborhood gem.

The food was decent and is the main reason this review is getting two stars.Unfortunately, the service was a completely different story. Our server, Dave, was rude and disrespectful throughout the experience and made us feel like we were an inconvenience rather than paying customers. It really took away from what could have been a pleasant meal.

Franco's has been our go to date night place for many years. Lately, we've started bringing our kids and extended family and friends. The warmth, ambiance, amazing traditional menu exceed all our expectations EVERY TIME! Franco doesnt come around very often anymore, but Anthony and Dave carry the torch, for this place we've come to love, absolutely flawlessly. The menu is simple, but consistent and outstandingly prepared every time. They go above and beyond to accommodate any diet requirements. The service is extremely personable and warm. Makes you want to spend many hours enjoying a fine meal with your near and dear ones...just like it should be. And we've done exactly that on many occasions. We can't wait to be back!!

Wonderful home-made, authentic, delicious food! Had my Italian Mother with us and she absolutely loved it and also gave a 5 star review. Warm hospitality once you get in and are seated. 😉 If you love Italian and are in Scottsdale this is a must go!
