Francesca's Farm to Table

It’s rare to find a restaurant in Idaho where the food is homemade, the ingredients are sourced locally, and the atmosphere has an aesthetic appeal! Very few restaurants seem to value those things in Idaho, so Francesca’s is truly a hidden gem of the west. I’ve tried literally everything on the menu, and while it is typical to expect a wait time, I would have to recommend the smoked chicken or tri-tip in a potato bowl with the jalopeno sauce (not on the menu but a frequent special!) with the nachos as a starter! So delicious. Def recommend. Also as a nutrition coach and personal trainer, I really value the fresh and clean ingredients!

My fiancé and I have been to Francesca’s a few times and he is hooked on the boot boards. We just moved to the area, the atmosphere is welcoming and friendly. I personally love the fun nature of the menu items along with the array of flavors for the mimosa towers. The jalapeño mimosa was my favorite by far. My fiancé keeps asking when we can go back because he wants another boot board. We love that ingredients are locally sourced and the ties to community the restaurant has. We are both in the agriculture industry and love to see local products being featured as a way to support smaller farms! We are looking forward to dining here again!

Had such an amazing first experience at Francesca’s! The service was TOP NOTCH, even made a special trip for an ingredient for our group. The food was fantastic, and the atmosphere is fun. Our group really enjoyed our time here, definitely worth the trip ❤️

Edit after end of review to respond to owners repartee: The restaurant seemed confused on what it wants to be as there are 3 large sections. The wagon wheel tray was alright but nowhere as big as the pics. Not a lot of cheese dip. I got the tri tip and it was extra chewy and rare despite my asking for well. The potatoes were clearly microwaved and yet still cold. There was an uncharted of $2 for "upgrading" the potatoe with chives and sour cream but they hardly had any of it it. The wine was good. The pulled pork had many small bones in it. The kombucha was canned and the worst I've had. I cannot recommend this establishment. Meh. Nice passive aggressive reply. Weirdly defensive. This goes to point. At least if you are going to be snarky, be clever. "Ask server to be taller"? Subjectivity

From attending their grand opening to visiting about once a month they continue to strive to serve quality food and a good time! My last experience I had there surf and turf special which was amazing! Ate it so fast I couldn’t get a picture! I always leave full and satisfied. Excited to see the new things they add in the future and will be returning next time they do the surf and turf special!
