Foxtail Coffee - Springs Plaza

This place has been open for about a week (first week of November 2025). I’ve seen Foxtail all over orlando, this new one in the Altamonte/Longwood area is very nice. The owner is friendly and the staff are very nice. We tried the gingerbread banana iced latte. A lavender earl grey tea, some cold brew and the a slice of banana bread. All delicious. Music is nice and relaxing, great spot to come get some work done. They will soon have outdoor tables as well.

Visiting from NY and this is hands down our favorite coffee spot in Florida so far. The coffee was excellent- smooth, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, and Nick was incredibly knowledgeable and happy to talk through the menu. You can tell he really knows his stuff and cares about the experience. This is the kind of everyday place you’re excited to come back to. Can’t wait to try the affogato flight next time we’re here!

The coffee here is amazing and I am definitely coming back, the store was filled with amazing employees that treated me very nicely and got me my food very quick. The Style of the place is very nice and has a great atmosphere. I will definitely be back to get more coffee.

Foxtail at Spring Plaza has quickly become one of my favorite spots. It’s cozy, welcoming, and exactly what you want in a neighborhood coffee shop. The staff is consistently friendly and on top of it. It's awesome to see the owner there so often, engaging with customers. You can see how much they care about their business. As a small business owner myself, I know how tough the service industry can be and how easy it is for places to get unfairly picked apart over things that aren’t always in their control. That’s just the nature of fast-paced food and coffee service. What I appreciate about this location is that it runs exactly how it should: it's quick, efficient, has good vibes, and great coffee. This place is awesome!! The best Matcha I've had in my life, and the staff was wonderful! The employee I spoke to was very kind and helped my friend to pick out a drink she liked with no judgement whatsoever (her Chai was amazing and very pleasantly spiced!!). 10/10, will go again!! ❤️
