This bed and breakfast is an absolute gem. The charm of the place is matched only by the incredible hospitality of the host, Brigitte, who went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The food was outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. We enjoyed watching the busy birds from our breakfast window every morning. This was an unforgettable mother-daughter experience we would happily recommend to anyone! How many foxes will you find on your stay at The Foxfield Inn?

We and our friends had not returned to Charlottesville together (from NJ and TN) in 18 years! When we were contemplating where we would stay, I reminded our friends how they had raved about the Foxfield Inn when attending our reunion in 2007. We wanted to try it out and our friends wanted to take a trip down memory lane. What a fantastic decision!|From the comprehensive tour Brigitte offered upon our arrival, to the pristine, spacious and comfortable rooms, to the beautiful wooded property, the incredible breakfasts and generous snack area with fridge, coffee and tea......she has thought of everything. Booked here for 3 nights to check out the area. We ended up loving the Foxfield Inn and adding an extra night on New Year’s Eve. The owner, Brigitte, put so much thought into details for the place and is a fantastic host. We loved each breakfast, the tables were setup in a way that you could watch the little birds next to the window. The room was adorable and very comfortable. Brigitte is very kind, welcoming, and responsive, to include providing a map of the area and food and activity recommendations in detail. We came back on New Year’s Eve in the evening and found a sweet card and small bottles of champagne in the fridge, each having a note with the couples’ names on them. Absolutely loved this place and the host, I cannot recommend enough.

We had a wonderful stay at Foxfield Inn Bed & Breakfast. The owner was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely friendly, which immediately made us feel at home. Our room was beautiful and very comfortable, with a huge soaking tub that was a definite highlight after a long day. Breakfast was outstanding—very upscale, unique, and absolutely delicious. You can tell a lot of care and thought goes into every detail. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Foxfield Inn to anyone visiting the area.

We have stayed here twice and absolutely love it. The rooms and grounds are beautiful, and the breakfasts are always phenomenal. Brigitte is an attentive and wonderful innkeeper and in addition to recommending Foxfield to others, we absolutely plan to stay here again if we are ever back in the area.
