Customer Reviews
Fournos Greek Restaurant absolutely delivered. The food came out fresh, hot, and full of flavour. The rice was perfectly seasoned, the roasted potatoes were soft with that classic Greek tang, and the grilled vegetables tasted like they came straight off the barbecue. The main dishes were even better tender meat, great portion sizes, and rich sauces that didn’t overpower the plate. Everything looked exactly like a proper Greek home-style meal, just plated beautifully. Service was friendly, fast, and the whole place had a comfortable, welcoming vibe. If you enjoy real Greek comfort food done right, this spot is definitely worth the visit. Highly recommend.
When you visit Niagara-on-the-Lake during busy times, you often just grab a spot wherever you can. That’s how we ended up here. I’ll be honest, I’m not usually a big fan of Greek food (bad past experience), but we didn’t have much choice. We were a large group with kids and even dogs, and the staff welcomed us without issue, which I really appreciated. They set us up with a big table on the back patio, and both the host and server were friendly and patient, answering all our questions. A few of us tried the Greek beer and really enjoyed it. The vibe of the place was decent, casual, nothing fancy. Cocktails were just okay, nothing to write home about. As for the food, those who ordered Greek dishes found it fine, not bad, but not particularly memorable either. Presentation was average, port
We both love Greek food and were looking forward to eating here. We were "greeted" by our server who appeared unhappy to be working this evening. We also discovered we were seated in 1 of 2 patios. The back one is nicer. Both were very empty (why not seat everyone in the back?) There were a couple customers I redirected there as no one came to greet them where we were seated. We ordered the lemon soup and Saganaki for apps. The soup was flavourless (we've had amazing Greek lemon soup other places before and we really looking forward to it). The Saganaki was decent. The rice with the mains were also flavorless. The potatoes were well flavored. The egg plant lasagna was pretty good. The wrap was a bit cold but flavored ok. The bathroom is around the block attached to the other patio. *** the
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If you’re craving authentic Greek cuisine, this place is an absolute gem! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere set the perfect tone—warm, welcoming, and vibrant without being overwhelming. Food: The food was truly on point. Every dish tasted fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The appetizers had just the right balance of seasoning, and the main course was a perfect showcase of authentic Greek flavors. Each bite had the kind of richness that tells you the ingredients are carefully chosen and prepared with pride. Service: The service here is exceptional. The staff were attentive without being intrusive, always ready with helpful suggestions and a genuine smile. They clearly care about their guests having the best dining experience possible, which made me feel bo
Came here during the peach season, so the sangria was delicious with peach flavor. In terms of the Greek food and flavor—it was average. The food was delicious but some foods were a miss, for example the pasta. However, the moussaka and grilled kebabs were delicious. The servers were nice, and atmosphere is what you would expect in a patio.
