THE BEST !!! Owners are amazing with service and quality (and will customize food for diet/allergies), food is delicious with great portion sizes (their takoyaki is the bomb) and the arcade is filled with all sorts of retro games for everyones playstyle.

Kind and quick service - the server explained items on the menu that might be unfamiliar. And they helped me dial in the spice level to exactly where I prefer it! Just wow - the cut in my tonkotsu was tender yet falling apart in my mouth. The games were well curated. Puzzle bobble and a dj style rhythm game were our surprise favorites but mainstays like Mario kart and super smash bros melee were great too. a hidden marquette gem in the masonic square mall. They were knowledgable about how to customize a vegan or vegetarian meal.

Enjoyed a few rounds of double dash after having some of the best ramen I’ve ever had. Reasonably priced. The arcade downstairs has some fun stuff too.

Yum! My curry ramen was amazing! Don’t get me going on those yummy soy eggs! I love how they have a dining area in the kitchen now so after ramen we get to go down stares to the arcade. Wonderful lovable people that will make sure you got everything from your vegan potstickers to your chopsticks! And of course we gotta have some anime on while we eat which completes my atmosphere personally! Thank you retro pub! We will be back soon :3 <3

I recently came in at 8pm and was able to get a nice dinner for one. I had the shrimp tempura and Takoyaki for an appetizer. It was a unique take on shrimp tempura. Definitely a small bite and for me, paired well with another app. For the entree I enjoyed the tonkatsu ramen. The pork belly was rich, soft and complimented broth. I also enjoyed the soft boiled egg. Sadie was my server and she was great! I recommend checking it out for an experience that’s not the usual for Marquette!
