Fort Wrangell B&B

Stayed in the Eagle Room for 6 lovely days in. It is located a quick 10 minute 0.5 mile walk to downtown (and our favorite bakery, Sweet Tides). The bed was comfy, the room was clean, and the microwave/fridge/toaster/induction hot plate/coffee maker/kettle were everything we needed. We also had access to the large sitting room downstairs at the entry way. As others have mentioned, Brian is a kind, attentive and generous person. He communicates very well in person and through phone/email/text, transported us to/from the airport and later the car rental agency, and accommodated our requests. Looking forward to coming back.

Only stayed 1 night, but so glad I did- and it was purely because the Stikine Inn was full! Brian and his kids were the best hosts, really good communication before arrival and offered pick up/ drop off at the airport. The Orca room was excellent- really spacious and nicely decorated with more than enough amenities. There was a small kitchenette, fridge/ freezer, coffee machine, cutlery etc which would be really good for anyone thinking of an extended stay. Bed was comfy, bathroom excellent with a jacuzzi bath and LED shower, toiletries and soft towels. Outdoor terrace was a perfect place to relax with a book on a sunny evening. Wrangell is a beautiful city- a real small town feel, stunning scenery and some great bars & eateries. I doubt I'll ever be back in this part of the world, but if

This is an unusual review as I didn't stay here, but a friend did and she really enjoyed her stay. I can give a 5* 👍 🏆👏 to the owner for his incredible hospitality to his guests and generosity to complete strangers (me). Brian is an ultra-fascinating and very kind person. You won't meet a nicer guy and you'll leave with hope for the future and so glad you met him. He's a gem.

Stayed here for a long weekend when visiting from out of town. Brian was a lovely host, quick to respond to our inquiry and to any requests we had. The room was spacious, clean, and warm. The location in Wrangell makes most town locations easily accessible by foot . We would definitely return to the Fort Wrangell B & B!

Wonderful host. Known lovingly as Wrangell's 'Mad Scientist,' he picked us up at airport, offered his car to run a errands, and was fun to talk to. The Eagle Room was newly renovated, clean, has fast WiFi, Netflix, and best of all: an LED showerhead. Look no further.
