Two Geshas, Bourbon Arabica, Magic Espresso, Catuai, and Pacamara - all excellent! Have tasted 603 coffees and purchased coffee from 75 roasteries. 7 of the 75 roasteries have had 'all excellent' coffees. Forest Flame is 1 of the top 7. Among the '7' there are roasters who've been roasting for 8, 12, 25, 30, 30, and 40 years respectively. Yes, high quality beans help but to have all excellent coffees doesn't happen by accident, it only happens as a result of a very talented coffee roaster - congrats!
Best coffee roastery in DFW metroplex by far. The quality of the roast and attention to detail are evident every time I place an order. 10/10!
Ordered some for the holidays and they are great! The Pacamara Natural Fermented is delicious!
