Foolee's Carryout Restaurant

Loved this place! It's food was always delicious! Been eating here 1x a month for almost 25yrs. However, my last time the sauces were off, tasted funny. Tasted cheap. I always get extra sweet n sour sauce and Gen chos sauce and they were awful. This is the first time I've ever had anything bad to say about this restaurant. The sweet n sour chicken was barely fried, no color and bland. This breaks my heart!

Poor customer service. On door dash they charge $18.15 for a whole steak and cheese. When you walk in the store they charge $14.25. On door dash they will charge you $2.22 for mambo sauce. In person they will give it to you for free. The same community they serve as walk-ins are the same community they serve on door dash. I have been supporting this business since I was a teenager. And it just dawned on me they can give two flying Pennies about my business. Do what you will with this review.

It’s not bad for something quick to eat if you’re in the mood for Chinese they’re definitely is better out there. Fried rice is OK. Taste a little off. Also got the steak and cheese eggroll not the best overall decent good price.

12/15/2025 I ORDERED 20 FRIED CHICKEN WINGSAND THIS PASSED WEEKEND I ORDERED 30 BUFFALO CHICKEN WINGS WITH NO BUFFALO SAUCE. ALL OF IT WAS HORRIBLE. IT WAS HARD AND COOKED TOO LONG. NEW MANAGEMENT IS THE WORST. I WON'T BE COMING BACK UNLESS THEY GO BACK TO THE WAY THEY COOKED THE CHICKEN BEFORE. THEY MUST COOK THE CHICKEN EARLIER AND REFRY IT WHEN PEOPLE CALL IN THERE ORDERS. I'LL DRIVE TO BOWIE AND GET MY CHICKEN FROM EDDYS. NEW MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE IS TERRIBLE NASTY. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED AND WANT YOUR MONEY BACK. THE EMPLOYEES THAT USE TO WORK THERE ARE GREAT. IF IT'S NOT BROKEN DON'T CHANGE IT.
