I've been producing my meringues at Foodies for over 3 years and could never have started my company without the help of their wonderful crew - especially Alejandro and his wife Gloria - who are not only incredible at what they do but an absolute delight to work with. And bonus, they are so knowledgeable they've helped me increase my production output by over 3X since I started, allowing me to be more cost effective and lower my prices which has helped increase my business. Aria has put together an incredible team. Love everyone I work with there.

The crew at Foodies Urban Kitchen is so great to work with. My home-based bread making hobby turned into a little bread business. When we needed to expand, I found the perfect fit with Aria and her team. They are so helpful to find us a good time slot (for fresh bread), and all the equipment that a little business like mine could never afford to purchase for ourselves. She checks in and genuinely wants to make sure everyone is happy and getting what they need. Foodies is the perfect intermediary step between having a home kitchen and having a completely hands off Copacker. You can decide how involved or otherwise to be and the team will support you every step of the way. They also have large and expensive baking and cooking equipment that really helps a new business that is strapped for cash cut down on start up expenses! We didn't have to worry about finding a team of people to make our product - Aria has helpers that are quick to learn the specific needs of your company

Gloria and Alejandro are my sous on site, and they've got WAY more baking experience than I do and have been tremendously helpful, I love them!
