ONE OF THEIR DELIVERY DRIVERS STALKED ME One of their delivery drivers in their company van stalked me all the way from El Monte to DTLA for no reason. This was definitely stalking: they were following my every single lane change and speed to stay behind me at all times, and even followed me through many streets of DTLA. If you know DTLA, you know that the streets are not very straightforward or open so it was very clear very fast I was being followed. If I wasn't able to shake him off, he would have followed me to where I parked and I would've had to call the police. I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Tom Fowler, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment. His manner towards customers is appalling. Instead of providing helpful and courteous service, he was incredibly rude and dismissive. He even went as far as to cruise customers, making the entire interaction uncomfortable and unprofessional. It's clear that he lacks the basic customer service skills required for his role. I strongly advise others to avoid any dealings with Tom Fowler if you want to be treated with respect and dignity.

The worst company I’ve worked with. Ordered parts and after 15 days I still haven’t got my parts or track number at least. Never ever use them for buy a parts. They won’t pick up the phone or will tell you that “department” which responsible for that doesn’t work already.

Met them at a trade show and thought we would give them a try. Should've checked the reviews first. Apparently, I'm not the first one who got chewed out for no reason lol.

I read all the reviews, I am not the first and probably not last to complain about Tom behavior. Please read the attached email. This person simply insulted us in an email, for no reason. I have attached the screenshot, so you can have an insight of this person. You deserve to know what kind of people is managing this place. Even their manufacturer partner MONO, that he cc'd in his insult email, asked him to apologize. Which he never did. I hope you find peace at some point Tom. This much anger is definitely not healthy.
