Contemporary and simple. The service was a bit slow especially with the waiter we were assigned, who kept forgetting our orders, so we had to remind them for every drink and food item. The veg pizza was actually right on point with that fresh basil, and the chicken wings were decent, just, that they had a bit too much sauce. I’d pick this place over the downtown one if you’re looking for a quieter, smaller crowd.

I went to Flying Saucer yesterday to celebrate my wife’s birthday. We’ve been there many times before, but I don’t think I’ve ever left a review. After yesterday’s visit, I felt it deserved one. My kids absolutely love the soft pretzels — honestly, that’s a big reason we come back so often. My wife is all about the burgers, and I usually stick with those too. This time, though, I decided to try something different: a fried chicken breast with mashed potatoes and asparagus. I’m not sure if it’s a new menu item or just one I hadn’t noticed before, but it was outstanding. I come here almost every week and have always enjoyed it, but today was different. The girl in the green top seemed to have forgotten about me. I waited 20 minutes to get my first beer; she seemed more concerned about the other customers. Then I waited about 10 minutes before getting my second beer. During this time, she never asked me what I needed. This was my first bad experience here. Maybe because I was alone, she knew I wouldn't spend much money, so she was more concerned about the big tables. I don't know why, but she always prioritizes other things, and many people arrive later than me, which disappoints me.I'm sorry, the food and beer here were great on the first day of the new year, but I'm really unhappy today.

The vibe here is fantastic—lively yet relaxed, with a cool, modern pub atmosphere that makes it the perfect spot to unwind with friends or enjoy a casual night out. The open indoor space paired with the dog-friendly outdoor patio (complete with big fans and heaters to keep things seasonably comfortable) creates a welcoming environment that’s hard to beat. The Food was Amazing. The service was great. The atmosphere was a vibe and the restaurant and restrooms were clean. Will go back when I visit Tennessee again. Thumbs up from California! 🥰
