We’ve been wanting to go here since they opened and finally made it, and it did not disappoint. We tried the mango pancakes and the blueberry caramelized and both were delicious. We also got refreshers to drink. You have to understand that the base of the pancake is eggs so it’s not going to be your traditional, sweet pancake but if you opt for sweet toppings, they do take on that taste. Will definitely return.

The café has a cozy vibe, but the tables, floors, and garbage area could be cleaner, which takes away from the experience. It can get busy with limited seating, so expect a short wait. Overall: Amazing desserts, but better attention to cleanliness would make it even better.

I found this place on Instagram and had high expectations. It’s located in a Duluth plaza with many Asian restaurants. The café is much smaller than expected, and the menu was missing items shown online. The barista seemed uninterested, which set the tone. The pancakes were extremely fluffy - the fluffiest I’ve had, but the taste was disappointing. Too eggy for my liking. Fillings and presentation were good. The matcha was watery, and the prices felt high for what you get. Overall: 3.5/5. Tried it once, won’t be back.

This is one of the best dessert places around Duluth area. The pancake is as light and fluffy as its name. Ingredients are fresh and most importantly, it is not too sweet. Everything tastes just right. I ordered a blueberry Soufflé pancake and it was enough for 2 people to share. Delicious ! Definitely check them out. They do get a little busy on the weekends, but it is worth trying. Small and cozy place. Can hold about 20 people at a time if you want to have a table to sit a d enjoy your soufflé. I ordered for takeout before but it doesn’t taste as yummy as when you sit there to eat it. 😄
