Fluffy Fluffy Cafe--Davis

We were initially worried about the wait since we’d heard lines can get long, but when we arrived there was only a short line and our order was ready in about 10 minutes. The presentation was absolutely beautiful and the pancakes tasted just as amazing as they looked—light, fluffy, and perfectly balanced in sweetness. Everything felt fresh and thoughtfully made. We’ll definitely be coming back again!

Nicely put together little store, very cute. Took my kids here for some pancakes/desserts and drinks. They really liked it. Staff were nice. Has a cozy seating area inside if you can get a table. Was pretty busy which I suppose is a good sign!

TL;DR: The pancakes are fluffy, your plate might slide off your table, the whipped cream is lightly sweet, and their hours right now seem to be 11am(?)-10pm Pancake orders come with two pancakes and a dollop of cream. The pancakes taste like eggs—the main ingredient key to the soufflé fluff in the first place. The toppings are in my opinion the highlight since most people can make soufflé pancakes at home. The Tiramisu syrup is coffee-flavored/chocolatey and today’s blackberries were good. The Strawberry pancakes had tart strawberries with a generic strawberry syrup. We waited about 3.5 hours or 4 in total to order and receive our pancakes. The pancakes we received don't compare to the pictures online or the size presented on the menu. The staff themselves were friendly and polite. For our pancakes, I paid about 17$. Unfortunately the store itself was small and not enough seating. Overall the flavor was okay, but for the size and price, it was not worth the experience. I ordered my pancake to go and the quality of the image/presentation of my pancake differed ( was poor) from those who ordered to eat in store/dine.

We ordered at about 12:15PM on a Sunday, found seating after waiting and standing around for 25-30ish minutes, and waited for about 1hr. for our food for me and my husband. When we found seating, a party of three had just left and their used plates stayed on the table for ~20-30 minutes while we were sitting there. We understand it was busy, and we’re the kind of people who would have normally put those plates on a tray and wiped down the table if there was a busser station available but there wasn’t, so we just sat there until a worker noticed.
