Flower Fantastic in Bradenton, Fl did a very nice job with the florals for our wedding. We were looking for understated, simple centerpiece, nothing too elaborate and they listened carefully to our vision and recreated it in a way that felt polished and appropriate for our tables. The arrangements were clean, tasteful, and well put together, fitting nicely with the overall aesthetic we wanted. I was particularly pleased with my bridal bouquet. Blown away at the quality and customer service!! I bought a bouquet here a few months ago, and inquired about black roses. They said they can do them- no problem, but they need to be preordered. I placed an order for my best friends birthday a few days in advance. Upon walking in to pick them up, the girls behind the counter examined the roses and exchanged some hushed words. Jennifer kindly came up to me and said she wouldn’t feel comfortable selling me these roses, as they’re not up to their usual standard (I guess they looked a little sloppy - black paint on the stems etc) but I truly didn’t mind, my best friend is very low maintenance. Daughter ordered a birthday cake flower arrangement For my birthday. I’m posting two pictures ….you be the judge. They just arrived 30 minutes ago. Look at the front and then look at the back. It actually looks like dirt is showing through .So disappointed. My daughter‘s heart was in the right place, just the wrong florist.

“Extremely disappointed with the service is an understatement.” As a manager and small business owner myself I’m beyond disappointed. Wouldn’t recommended using them even as a last resort. I sent a friend of mine in yesterday 09/21 to have them create a bouquet that I found ( listed on their website) but I wanted to use a different color of roses than listed. That was it.. the only change I wanted to make was simply a different color than what was shown on their website. Mind you I was understanding that I was ordering same day and was very open to them using different color roses to make it work for me. Instead they told the friend I had sent in that what I wanted from their site wasn’t possible to recreate without adding greenery into the vase to support those roses. I’m not a floral des

I had the amazing blessing of using Lisa at Flower Fanatic for my wedding florals! She had so much patience with my me as I figured out what my vision and dream was. Even through my own uncertainty in what I wanted, she created something better than I could have ever imagined. I’m so grateful for her creativity and encouragement through the whole process.
