Flour Water Salt Bread

The most wonderful breads, pastries and sandwiches! A real trip to France. The cinnamon bun, jelly donut and ham & butter on baguette were exquisite! The homemade scallion cream cheese also - incredible! So luck to have this gem in town!

Best sourdough in town. Yes it’s a bit pricey but it’s worth it. I usually ask them for an extra freezer bag. I put half the loaf in the freezer as soon as I get it home. The entire loaf usually lasts me two weeks this way. I would also try their balsamic vinegar. And as many have shared, their staff is great !!

Stopped by for a quick pastry and ended up buying almost one of everything in the store… because it all looked THAT good and truly nothing disappointed. The kouign- aman pastry was fluffy, crisp, and delicious. The jelly donut was unforgettable. The cinnamon roll was almost like a cinnamon roll croissant? Insane. They also had samples of the sandwiches out and we all were OBSESSED so ended up bringing those home too. Do NOT miss this place! Already looking forward to the next time I go 😍

Had a great experience here. A super friendly employee helped me with my order. Great selection, samples too! This place is producing the most delicious bread and pastries in the area. There was a bit of a line when I was there, but 100% worth the wait!

Bought a loaf of wheat sourdough bread and was surprised at the $13.75 cost. I had never tasted wheat sourdough, so bought it anyway. I'l give the bread 5-stars but the price is a 1-star. The people behind the counter are very helpful but there is no price list in the store, so it's a surprise at the cashier. For me, it's one and done but if the price is not an issue, the bread is good.
