We had an emergency and called her, hoping she could help us with our paperwork. She arrived on time and made the process super quick. The next day, we realized we had forgotten one of the documents. No call no show. Contacted me 40 minutes after appointment time. I already found someone else. I did reach out this morning. My time is limited, I have to return home in couple of days. I made my appointment on Friday for Monday morning. Very disappointed
