Flavors Wings N Daiquiris (and catfish)

Visit: 12/19/2025 Most of our wings were overcooked and inedible. I could only force myself to eat 3 of my 10 piece before becoming utterly disgusted and upset. We requested a manager and he sent back the response "it's been 20 minutes", I assume he was implying that we had the food too long to be complaining, not realizing we tried to eat it and give grace before saying something. We requested his presence and he appeared sometime later with horrible body language and an annoyed disposition. We showed him the poorly prepare food and his immediate response was "We don't do refunds", followed by silence. No attempt to make it right, just you don't get your money back. My family of 4 ate at Flavors today. The spicy pickles were crispy and had the perfect flavor! There were 7 different flavors ordered at the table. Everyone really enjoyed their wings. We also shared a 10 piece order of crazy ranch wings. The crazy ranch wings were excellent!! My wife and I also added catfish to our orders. The catfish was crispy and seasoned very well. All combo orders came with a side of cajun fries that were more than enough for each person. In addition to soda, we added a 32 oz daquiri that had a real nice kick! Overall, the service was great and the food was excellent!! We will DEFINITELY make the drive from far north Dallas to eat here again!!

My husband and I decided to come here based on the wonderful Google reviews and ignored those from people who obviously just wanted free food and we're glad we did. Cami greeted us as soon as we walked in the door and she could tell it was our first time in. She went over all the specials and flavors and even made suggestions since it was our first time. We both got the DAQ ATTACK, which is 5 Wings, 1 Pc Catfish, Fries & 16oz Daiquiri, I got the crazy ranch and my husband got hot lemon pepper and then he got 5 extra wings in Cajun flavor. Yesterday, at around 4pm, I came here with my boyfriend. The place was surprisingly empty, but the place smelled so clean and the staff were so helpful in deciding what to order. They helped us narrow down our daiquiri choice as well as we were pretty indecisive by giving us some samples to try! We ended up getting the Monsters Inc. daiquiri which was both sweet and strong, but very delicious. My boyfriend got the Daq Attack: garlic ranch wings as his wing flavor choice, fries, fried catfish, and the daiquiri. I got hot lemon pepper wings, which were SO GOOD. I didn’t order the catfish because I don’t usually eat fish, but now I wish I did because it was actually very good when I got a bite from my boyfriend’s plate.
