Flavor Fusion Bistro

Flavor Fusion Bistro is a great little hidden gem! Food is made fresh and it shows. The burger was a blend of brisket and rib meat I believe. Friendly staff. The location is "hidden" feeling back in an old golf club, but it is here! Could use some more decor? But either way... food and staff are great!

Hubby had the Rasta Pasta w/chicken and I had the Coconut Curry Pasta w/shrimp and when I tell ya I don’t usually eat penne pasta I’m more of linguine or fettuccine noodles eater but when I tell you the flavors was the best I’ve ever had. Please check them out because I can only imagine how their other dishes taste 🤤😱🙏🏾‼️

I ordered the wings and the curry chicken. The wings were amazing—crispy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly! The curry had great flavor, though I didn’t realize it was made with chicken breast, which made it a little on the dry side. Still, I really enjoyed it! The atmosphere was welcoming, had drink and watched some football while I waited. Bartender was engaging with great conversation, overall, I definitely plan on going back while there’s a whole menu left to try! 😊

This was our second time here. The first time was opening day. The service was a little slow, as you would expect on opening day, but the food was absolutely delicious. Well worth the wait. We had the tropical burger, salmon, jerk pork and curry chicken. It was definitely fresh cooked, and we had plenty to eat. Today we got Fusion Wingz to go with BBQ sauce and Sweet Chili. I think they were the best wings we have had in a long time. The waiter was very personable, and the wings were ready on time. We travel often and won’t be back until June. This will be the first restaurant we go to.

This was such a pleasant and delicious surprise just off the beaten path in Haines City. Patrick was so pleasant and welcoming welcoming. The setting feels luxurious. The food is the winner.
