I thought the torta ($15) was pretty good. Pastor, lettuce, cheese, and ham on a really soft bread roll. I think there might've been tomato? The sauce they included was really spicy and an absolute 10/10. I used that sandwich to mop up all of it.

Ordered torta de asada and wow! Its a hybrid style of torta almost torta cubana estillo mexicano. Whats crazy is that it felt like a philly cheesesteak too with excellent flavored asada w mozzarella cheese melted in w meat made it so only a few small chunks fell off the side of the savory torta, other torta makers take note. Excellent proportions and balance between fresh ingredients- tomato, avocado, lettuce with right amount of mayo (essential) surprised to find slice of ham in there too for added flavor and texture. Perfect bread combo with ingredients, grilled to perfection. 10/10 red sauce on the side to dip the torta in. Perfect torta and best one i have found in santa fe. We've been here twice. First time we were blown away by their tacos. Second time, we were really disappointed by their torta cubana, which only had jamon on it. This place is also pricey - $34 for a torta and an order of tacos.
