Flap Jack Shack

I had a great experience here today. THE place to go for breakfast in Lansing. Great prices, a wide variety of both breakfast and lunch options, sweet and savory. I was greeted immediately and my server was at my table to check in minutes after sitting down. I was impressed. The restaurant was busy but food came out fairly quick. I received exactly what I ordered and was surprised by how big the portions were in comparison to price. Everything was crispy and delicious! Thank you for staring my day off on a great note!

Reasonably priced and the special was good. Coffee was hot and it was a nice place to eat. Staff was very good and friendly.

Cute diner, open yet still cozy. Food was as expected for a diner, my niece loved the pancakes, burger was solid, my Reuben was good. It's not gourmet by any means but great for the cost. Table was clean, was staff was friendly and attentive. Beautiful peanut butter cookies for sale by the register. Exactly what you'd want from a diner experience.

Overall a great experience. The atmosphere was peaceful, well lit, and, aesthetically pleasing. The wait staff was kind and attentive. They had a large menu, with a great variety of breakfast and lunch offerings. I ordered a build your own omelette with sausage, mushrooms spinach, tomato, and, cheddar. The omelette was cooked well and tasted great. This place has a few little touches that set it apart from other breakfast spots in the area. They left a full pot of coffee at the table for me to drink at my leisure and almost all of their breakfast offerings had an option of a small stack of pancakes in lieu of toast. I appreciated that option especially, as I often have a hard time choosing between a sweet and savory breakfast and here I could get the best of both worlds. Really the only

Always amazing. Bar m nows all her regulars and is friendly with everyone. I usually get take out and she knows its me everytime I call. She also knows my regular order. People like her make this world great and it is why I drive 30 minutes round trip to get my breakfast opposed to the flapjacks right by my house. Food quality is better. It is always ready and correct by the time I get there.
