Everytime we come here we have no issues whatsoever with workers or the food. They always greet us with smiles and are happy to serve us. Today we came in and from the moment we ordered this worker was rude. She has blonde highlights and is always loud. When my daughter asked for extra teriyaki sauce, she told my daughter in a rude way that she can not give us everything we want and told her she will charge us for sauce. In all of the past experiences that we’ve had here, they’ve never had an issue with us asking for more extra sauce in fact they even gave us extra. I don’t mind paying for the sauce but I did not like her rudeness towards my daughter. Out of all the workers she is the only one that is always rude.

This place is kind of hidden , but food is good. I gotta give props to some one that works there. An up to no good gentleman walked in, somewhat confused. With no hesitation this worker helped him out and took care of the situation on a professional and courteous level. Thumbs up. I got my food fast and left.

Awful food. I only took a few bites and asked for my money back. And they wouldn't even do that. Not very good customer service if you can't guarantee or your money back. Left the food with the cashier and walked out. 20 bucks waste of money.

I ordered two beef bowls with white rice and I think I didn't say one specific thing I wanted? & the Asian guy at the counter asked me with such attitude in his tone as if it was a bother to ask me. Which was surprising because he was about my age. Plus I work fast food so I always try to know my order ahead of time. Mind you this was a while back but I remembered him from the last couple times I've gone here.
