Flambo Island Cuisine

10/10 recommend for ALL TO TRY!!! By far the BEST experience from start to finish! Kevin our waiter who we later learned was actually an owner with his father was incredible. We enjoyed listening to the history behind how the Caribbean cuisine came to life & that made it even more special. The drinks were delicious, the appetizers incredible, dinner was FANTASTIC & the carrot cake 🍰 was simply Devine! It was truly a taste of Trinidad 🇹🇹 India 🇮🇳 & Thai perfectly crafted & uniquely delicious!! The view from our table was beautiful as well!! Thank you Kevin & staff for this wonderful experience we will be back!! Do yourself a favor & GO TRY THEM ASAP!!!

Beautiful interior. Smells amazing. Stopped in for a quick drink. Ended up with an appetizer, multiple drinks and a lot of amazing conversation with the owner. He’s trying to do things differently. Plan to return for dinner or one of their dance or musical events. 4-6p happy hour!! Located at the southern point of St Armands.

Phenomenal Restaurant! So many amazing choices on the menu it was hard to choose. Beautiful ambiance! The Owner/Chef personally came to our table while we were waiting for our food and then again at the end of the meal to visit with us. He shared his great story about his life and his country. Besides the amazing food the entire experience was over the top. Highly recommend trying this dining experience!

Flambo is hands down one of the best dining experiences I’ve had. From the moment you walk in, the ambience sets the tone—stylish, warm, and vibrant without being overwhelming. The food is absolutely phenomenal. Every dish is packed with bold Caribbean flavors, beautifully plated, and clearly made with care and quality ingredients. You can tell there’s real passion behind the menu. The cocktails deserve their own shoutout—creative, well-balanced, and some of the best I’ve had anywhere. Definitely a must-try if you appreciate craft cocktails done right. On top of all that, the service was top-tier. Friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable without being intrusive. We got the paneer, lentils, butter chicken, and the Caribbean kissed shrimp. The drink was sex on a boat. The food was delicious and our server gave us a bit of chili sauce on the side to spice up our food. Great flavor in the chili sauce and the food itself. The rice came with a bit of raw cabbage, lettuce, and carrots which added a fresh crunch. I would definitely come back here. Colton was a great server. As well as the two other staff that we spoke too!
