Incredible! I made a special request and the were very accommodating. I spoke with Dave and he communicated with me clearly. My guest's reactions were over the top positive. My wife was so impressed that I found a company that would make her absolute favorite dessert of all time. Thanks for making a memory for us! #Customerforlife

Hands down THE BEST pies I have ever eaten. The crust is exactly how it’s described! Literally a flaky buttery sweet crust that just leaves craving more. I’ve tried the berry, apple, key lime, and coconut pies. ALL of them were equally delicious. Their meat pies are next on my list to try. The only thing I wish is that I could at least special order a full size pie for gatherings. Aside from that, I wouldn’t change anything about this place. I wasn’t a pie person before, but after Flake I think I’m a Flake pie person 🥧🥧

Flake makes really yummy individual pies! I really like them because if you can't decide what you want you dont have a whole giant pie that you have to eat. You can get a few small different flavor pies to fulfill your sweet tooth. Each one I have tried has been delicious and I highly recommend them for a quick sweet bite!

I guess I’m spoiled. The crust is soggy, the filling doesn’t taste fresh, and the flavors were limited. The Pie Guy in Oregon ruined every pie hence forth. Would not go back and would not recommend. Good luck.

Flake Pie Co is a fun little dessert shop. They offer dessert and savory pies. I think their savory pies are really awesome. The pie crust is more like a croissant, which complements the filling really well. I love the pulled pork and the pizza. Also, the She’s My Berry pie is incredible. I absolutely loved it. They also offer to mix pies up as a milkshake which is really fun. On our first visit we got the Boston cream pie and peanut butter and chocolate one. The peanut butter wasn’t balanced well enough with the chocolate. I wish I would’ve gotten the mixed berry instead. I’ll have to try it next time. There is a wonderful place to sit outside and enjoy your pie out front.
