Five Star Pizza - Ocala

I had tried it before but was not impressed. I tried it again and was very satisfied. So, I ordered again just last night and the pizza was great. This might become my favorite. I am a pizza lover and it has been hard finding consistently great pizza in Ocala. There are a few places I consider "hit and miss". I like this location because it is only a few minutes from our home. I will continue to use them and hope the last two orders being great is normal for them. I would certainly recommend giving them a shot.

I have been ordering pizza from this location for many years now and I’ve never had any issues. My pizzas are always hot and I absolutely love the wings. Highly recommended oh yeah, and the coupons are awesome. Keep them coming guys.

My husband and I moved to Florida with our kids. We all love pizza and we are picky, we been searching around for months for good spot and this is it. We are a big family they have the biggest family size pizza I highly recommend this place the pizza was so good. The lady that took our order was so nice we were waiting outside she had came out to bring us our pizza I wish I remembered her name

The pizza was great & worth every penny, the garlic rolls were even better, definitely recommend this place 10/10!!

I was very disappointed with my experience here. The customer service was extremely poor. I was completely ignored while customers who came in after me were helped first, though they saw me. When I asked to speak with a manager, she brushed me off, denied what I experienced, and told me I misunderstood what clearly happened. Instead of addressing the concern, it felt dismissive and unprofessional. The staff overall came across as rude and disrespectful. The environment also did not appear clean or well-maintained as everyone there wears no gloves at all when handling food. I did not feel welcomed or valued as a customer. I truly hope management works on improving fairness, professionalism, and cleanliness.
