Five Star Pizza

Ordered pizza on a Fri night and apparently it was delivered to the wrong house but they never called us to let us know (said they didnt have our number). So we called an hour later and they said they can remake the two pizzas. It took another 45 minutes to get two 3-star pizzas. Only decent part was the price, kinda.

We’ve been loyal customers for years, but the service has noticeably declined. Our order was changed from delivery to pickup without any notification. After waiting an hour and a half, we called for an update and were told that we had requested the change, which we did not. Whether this was due to understaffing or poor management, the end result was that we never received our pizza and had to request a refund. The food itself has always been great, but the customer service has completely overshadowed that experience. To make matters worse, the call was disconnected mid-conversation while we were trying to resolve the issue.

Pizza is pretty good. The reviews looked good n I was hungry late at night so I tried it. I usually prefer a thin and crispy crust this is kind of more a regular style crust it isn’t too thick but it isn’t the thinner type I like, although I did get the extra cheese extra pepperoni special they had (only cuz it was cheaper than normal cheese normal pepperoni?) it’s fine though, it’s good id get it again cuz pizza in Florida kinda sucks lol. I don’t usually like extra cheese but this is fine, cheese is yummy pepperoni is slightly spicy and the dough is great despite being normal and not thin for my tastes. I may never find a decent thin crust pizza in orlando but at least this place is very close by, great priced and tasted okay.
