Five Guys

On my visit earlier this week, I ordered a bacon cheese burger. I don't live six minutes away, but it was raining. I opened my sandwich and it didn't have bacon, I called Five Guys, they apologized and offered me a replacement on my next visit (ticket #66). I went in to day to redeem my replacement order, got home neither the onions or mushrooms were grilled. The sandwich was so messy and wet. I opened it up and picked at it trying to salvage what I could. I don't want a replacement. Just want others to know you simply don't get what you pay for. Highly disappointed 😞 😕

Their burgers are so good and the fries. I always order a small fry because they load the bag on top of the small size. I've never had a bad experience at this location.

Picked up a to go order (first time) for a family gathering. One of the young men, who was well spoken, gave an immediate friendly greeting & let us know our order was almost ready. Every item of our large order was correct!!🙌🏼 Thanks so much!

Five Guys is my go-to when I want a classic, no-frills burger that I know will be good. The food is always fresh and made to order, and the fries are fantastic (especially the Cajun style). The staff at the Wesley Chapel location is always working hard and gets the food out pretty quickly. It's a solid, reliable choice for a quality meal.

The experience I had with this place was excellent , also the atmosphere was quite and relaxed and the service was top notch good,the place was clean the staff that assisted me with my order was quick and they answered my question and were friendly, respectful and polite and cheerful I would definitely recommend this place a trillion stars plus ✨✨✨✨✨✨
